Your first call with us
We understand that navigating fertility treatment and costs can be overwhelming. You aren't alone, and the BUNDL team is here to help. Here's a breakdown of your first call with one of our advocates:
- You'll get the full BUNDL overview – who it's for, how it works, and how it can benefit you on your journey. In some rare cases, BUNDL may not be the right fit. We are transparent and honest with you at each step.
- We will ask you some questions, including: What has your family-building journey looked like so far? What is your vision now? Are you looking for a lender to help pay for your BUNDL package? How soon are you planning to start IVF?
- You will ask us some questions! Some may include: How will I know if I qualify for BUNDL Guard? What services are covered? How soon do I have to pay?
Can I talk to a BUNDL advocate if I don't have a clinic?Yes! We are happy to help connect you with one of our partner clinics.
How we work with
your fertility clinic
Once you have made the decision to move forward with BUNDL, you can have peace of mind knowing that we are partnered with your clinic. This means we know your team – from your front desk and financial counselor to your physician and care teams – and we will work closely with them to be sure you are supported throughout your journey.
Finalizing enrollment in BUNDL couldn’t be easier:
- Once you have assessed your options and chosen a BUNDL plan, your Advocate will send you a patient Agreement.
- You review and e-sign, when ready.
- Our BUNDL financial team will assist with your payment.
- Once your program fee has been paid, we will reach out to your clinic letting them know you are authorized to start.
After enrollment, our team stays with you for the length of your time in BUNDL. We will coordinate all authorizations for your treatment, make payments to your clinic and be available to help with any questions or issues as they arise. We will handle all of this so you can focus on what’s most important – building your family.
But how much will you
actually save with BUNDL?
We know how important this question is, and we aren't being purposefully vague when we say: it depends. Some patients have saved 6%, others 10%. It’s important to speak with one of our advocates to run more accurate estimates that reflect your situation.
